Rotational Molding
Rotational Molding offers cost efficient start-up tooling, double-mold options, and can feature anti-static properties, UV protection, and FDA/NSF materials. With our variety of machines, we can mold custom items up to 18 feet in diameter and use materials such as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, Crosslinkable PE, Nylon, and PVC. We are also very familiar with Mold-In Graphics, molded-in inserts, and color matching, but can also do speckled and tie-dye coloration as well.
